White Dog is a small pack of seasoned British musicians, Tony Mowles – keyboard, Steve Waller – guitar and fronted by American vocalist, Penny Parks. Penny and Steve were both members of the popular East Anglian based, Lacey Street Blues Band, during the 80’s. Their sound engineer, Rod Tallowin, keeps the music at ear pleasing levels and adds warmth and texture to their sound. The pack are well-behaved, don’t bark and respond well to treats and a scratch behind the ear.

Their music is a wide array of songs from different genres and time zones – R&B, Jazz, Blue-eyed soul, Americana, Pop. Adding Penny’s distinct vocal style to songs from Adele, Tom Jones, Bonnie Raitt, Bob Dylan, Tina Turner, Leonard Cohen, Linda Ronstadt, Chris Stapleton, Billie Holliday and many more.

White Dog is the perfect way to brighten up your events and treat your emotional and musical senses; as the old blues song promises, ‘music will cure all your ills’. Click here for samples of our music.
